I AM STILL AMAZED BY MAURICE AND I KNOW I SHOULDN'T BE, I SHOULD HATE HIM AND I JUST DON'T. TO HUMANIZE SOMETHING THAT'S INHUMAN IS UNBELIEVABLE BUT THE AUTHOR HAS SOME HOW DONE IT. I FELT WEIRD BY MY REACTION TO THE FIRST BOOK, MY FEELINGS FOR THIS SERIAL KILLER AFTER THE 2ND BOOK. THE FOLLOW UP BOOK #2 WAS A DOOZEY AND A SHOCKER. BUT!!! THE WAY JOHN CASSIAN HAS WRITTEN THIS CHARACTER, WHICH I TOTALLY ENJOYED, IS REALLY A MASTER PIECE OF WRITTING. THIS KILLER KILLS PEOPLE FOR HIS OWN REASONS, NOT BECAUSE THE PERSON HAS DONE SOMETHING BAD. I KNOW I'M ROOTING FOR (A SERIAL KILLER) DEXTER SHOULD BE WRONG BUT IT'S HARD NOT TO. THIS BOOK AND DEXTER, ARE ABOUT SERIAL KILLERS THAT’S WHERE THE SIMULARITY ENDS. THIS IS ONE CRAZY BOOK, SINCE I LIKE THE TV SHOW "DEXTER" I DECIDED I WOULD READ IT. I THINK I LOVED THIS BECAUSE IT HAD EVERYTHING I LIKED IN ONE BOOK BUT BOY IT WAS NOTHING LIKE I’VE BECOME ACCUSTOM TO READING. I ‘VE REALLY ENJOYED THIS QUIRKY SERIES BEING A LOVER OF ROMANCE, EROTICA AND MURDER (yeah strange reading taste but my favorites).

"synopsis" may belong to another edition of this title.THIS BOOK HAS BOTH BKS #1 & #2 AND THE START OF BK#3. a mixture of the noble and the manipulative is part of the killer's constitution, with the possibility of redemption in the wings." - Cole Davis (reviewed on Goodreads and on Smashwords) "Perhaps I should be ashamed to admit that, despite my complete and utter repulsion to the subject matter, this was a page turner for me." -Marcy O'Dell (reviewed on Goodreads) Which I am, in some ways, ashamed to have found as captivating as I did." - Leo Walsh (reviewed on Goodreads and on Smashwords) "Like Raskolnikov.

"Fearlessly written, the author holds absolutely nothing back." - Danielle Evans (reviewed on Goodreads and on Smashwords) "Devilish and fun in a creepy sort of way. Knight chronicles a swirling maelstrom of misogyny, sex, violence, and fantasy - all the things that he believes will lead him back to his Love. Will she learn his dark secret? If you're a fan of "Dexter" and "American Psycho," this is the book for you! "Killing Matt Cooper" is a harrowing and erotic glimpse through the eyes of a serial killer: a first-person account of the love that drives a monster.

A FEMA crisis manager by day and serial killer by night becomes romantically involved with the FBI unit chief hunting him down.
